Design Considerations

Qoqnoos residential complex designed to meet the requirements of a first class residential building in Mashhad, Iran. The complex contains 46 residential units and 76 parking units. In addition, it encompasses some facilities such as children play room and a meeting hall. Saudi Embassy is located nearby the Qoqnoos building which made the design group to consider some special codes and instruction to avoid disturbing its privacy.
